About Julia

Julia has over 20 years of experience in the corporate world as an employee and a consultant across diverse of industries including legal, banking, insurance, energy and property. She began her career in legal practice as a commercial law attorney. After completing her MBA at the University of the Witwatersrand she worked in the banking industry for several years. She subsequently became an independent consultant in strategy and management consulting. She has implemented business transformation, compliance and risk, regulatory and strategic alignment projects.

Julia is passionate about personal growth and continuous learning.  Aside from an LLB and an MBA, she has a Higher Diploma in Company law, a certificate in Digital Marketing, and a post-graduate certificate in Risk, Governance and Compliance. She is an accredited Enneagram Practitioner and qualified InnerLifeSkills (ILS) coach. Julia’s qualifications, skills and experience powerfully complement the leadership development, strategic alignment, culture transformation and implementation work that has been the basis of much of her consulting work.
